Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Fluxus Relining Supplies AB, a specialized provider of relining products. The company has four employees and annual revenues of approximately SEK 46 million.

The company is based in Norrköping and offers a broad range of products and services within relining. Through the acquisition, Ahlsell gains access to specialist expertise and an expanded product range. This strengthens Ahlsell’s position and creates further opportunities to offer customers efficient and competitive solutions across Sweden.

The transaction is expected to close in April 2026.
