Ahlsell Norge AS has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Sørmaskin SWT AS – a recognized supplier of machinery, industrial products, and services to the business sector in Sørlandet. The company has 10 employees and a turnover of approximately 50 MNOK in 2024.

The acquisition marks an important step in Ahlsell’s strategy to strengthen its presence in southern Norway. Founded in 1967, the company has established itself as a reliable partner with deep experience and high competence, supported by well-known brands in its portfolio and a customer base spanning industry, maritime, offshore, civil engineering etc.

Closing is expected to take place in November 2025.
