Ahlsell Sverige AB has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Nätverksgrossisten i Malmö AB, a specialist in data and telecom. The company has six employees with an annual turnover of approximately 32 MSEK.

Nätverksgrossisten delivers structured cabling systems, fiber-optic solutions, and active components. They have a store, warehouse, and office located in Malmö. Through this acquisition, Ahlsell strengthens its offering in data and telecom, gaining access to enhanced expertise, a broader range of products, and increased availability. Additionally, we expand our market position and can offer an even more comprehensive solution for installers and operators in southern Sweden. The acquisition is expected to be completed in May 2025.
