Ahlsell AB is a Swedish company based in Stockholm, adhering to the Swedish Companies Act, the Swedish Annual Accounts Act, and other relevant laws that provide the framework for external corporate governance.

Internal corporate governance is equally vital, and we adhere to the Articles of Association adopted by the Board, followed by the Board's rules of procedure and committees, CEO instructions, business plans, budgets, and numerous policies, guidelines, and procedures that are binding for the entire organisation.

Annual reviews by the Board ensure policy compliance, and the entire Group actively works towards implementing these guidelines. Additionally, the Group's subsidiaries must comply with their country's relevant laws and regulations while adhering to the Group's policy documents.
